60 Minutes To Wisdom : Episode 9 : Why Some Decisions Feel Wrong Even When They Are Right

Why Some Decisions Feel Wrong Even When They Are Right

Have you ever made the right decision...

and still felt guilty?

Perhaps you set a boundary.

Walked away from a relationship.

Changed direction.

Or simply chose yourself for the first time.

Doing what is right doesn't always feel comfortable.

Especially when you've spent years placing everyone else's needs before your own.

Growth often feels unfamiliar before it feels liberating.

That's why the right decision can carry the weight of doubt.

Not because it's wrong.

Cause it expects you to leave behind habits that no longer serve you.

Choosing peace may disappoint

Speaking the truth may create distance.

Protecting your well-being may be misunderstood.

None of those things automatically make your decision unkind.

There is a difference between causing pain...

and refusing to carry pain that was never yours to hold.

Wisdom is learning that kindness includes the way you treat yourself.

Ask yourself this:

"Am I choosing from guilt... or from conviction?"

One keeps you trapped.

The other helps you grow.

As the Saying goes...

The right path is not always the easiest to walk, but it is the one that allows you to live with,,,,, honesty and self-respect.

Until next time...

Keep reflecting, because the decisions that shape your future begin with the courage...... to disappoint your fears.
