The Sound Of Static
"We live in a world that is constantly Broadcasting". It broadcasts expectations, timelines and versions of "success" that often have nothing to do with who we actually are. Have you ever felt that low level hum of Anxiety ? That feeling that you are moving, but you are not actually getting anywhere ?
That is the sound of being out of Sync. It is the Static that happens when your daily actions are disconnected from your inner frequency. Today, on Life Reflections we are going to stop trying to fix the Static and start tuning the Dial.
The Silent Radio
"I like to think of our, "Inner Being" as a radio station that never stops playing. It is a constant stream of peace, intuition and clarity. The problem is not that the music has stopped, the problem is that we have Wandered too far from the Receiver.
We get lost in the, 'doing'- the chores, emails, the roles we play for others. We become so focused on the external noise that we forget there is an Internal Rhythm waiting for us. Synching with your inner being is not about working harder, it is about the brave act of becoming quiet enough to hear the song that is already playing.
When you finally Sync up, life stops feeling like a series of Obstacles and starts feeling like series of Opportunities. You stop "forcing" and start "flowing".
In my own journey, I have realized that my mistakes came from moving when I was out of sync- acting out of fear or pressure. But my greatest joys ? They came from moments when I paused, breathed and waited for that internal Yes That "Yes" is your inner being giving you the green light. It is a feeling of alignment where your mind, heart and soul are finally walking in the same direction.
"So as we sit together today" I want you to take a deep breath, pause for 2 seconds and ask yourself "Am I listening to the world or to my soul ?" Your inner being does not speak or shout, it speaks in whispers. Here is your reflection for today, Where in your life are you currently fighting the current" ? What would happen if you simply stopped & listened for a moment !!
