A VIEW FROM MY BALCONY
(LIFE LESSONS) BY RACHEL SHAH
Some stories are written in books,...Others are written in the lives we live.
This is mine. Welcome to View From the Balcony a Cinematic voiceover experience of my Life's Journey.
My name is Rachel. And over the course of forty chapters, I will take you on a visual trip exploring —the moments that shaped me, the experiences that tested me, the dreams I pursued, the challenges I faced, and the lessons life taught me along the way.
This is not a story about a perfect life.
Because life is never a straight road.
It is more like a journey through changing seasons. There are days filled with sunshine, moments of laughter, and memories we wish we could hold onto forever.
And then there are storms.
Trauma & pain.
Confusion & uncertainty.....Loneliness..
where we wonder if we will ....ever find our way back to the light.
My story includes all of them.
The joyful moments.
The difficult moments.
The suprises I never expected.
The phases that broke my confidence.
And then realizations that slowly helped me rebuild it.
I have learned that we often do not understand the meaning, the reason and why certain incidents we encounter in our journey of life.
Therefore we must step back from the journey…
Pause...
and look at our lives from a different perspective.
That is where my story was born....A View From the Balcony.
Where my entire life flashed across the sky and so many realizations & reasonings became clear.
Over the next forty episodes, I will share my story chapter by chapter, through my own voice.
Every Sunday, a new chapter will unfold.
Each episode will reveal another life changing experience of my story.
Some chapters may make you smile.
Few may make you think.
While others may remind you of your own life.
Although this is my story…I am so sure there will be occassions when you will see subtle reflections of your life story....as well.
I believe every life carries lessons that can speak to someone else.
So, from this balcony…
I invite you to look back with me.
Not to live in the past.
But to understand the journey.
To recognize the strength it took to keep going.
And to remember that no matter how difficult a scene... may be…
it is never the entire story.
This is my life, My memories, My struggles, My lessons.
My view.....From the Balcony.
And the first chapter begins next Sunday. I hope you will join me.
