Life Kept Breaking Me — Until I Learned These 4 Things Episode 2 CONTROL WHAT YOU LET IN

Habit two is the one most people completely overlook — because it doesn't feel like a habit. It feels like just... living your life.

But here it is: You must become ruthlessly intentional about what you allow into your mind. Your mind is an environment.

And right now, most of us are leaving the door wide open — news that terrifies, social media that makes you feel perpetually left behind, conversations that drain everything you have, opinions from people who aren't doing much yet feel the need to voice their 2 cents.

What you consume becomes what you think. What you think becomes how you feel. How you feel determines every action you take.

And your actions determine who you become. That chain is either working for you or working against you. Right now — which is it? . . . I'm not saying delete everything and live in a bubble. I'm saying: start noticing how you feel after being with someone, listening to certain content, certain conversations, certain environments. If you feel smaller, less capable, more afraid — that is a sign Act on it.

You cannot build an unbreakable mind when you let situations affect you  inside  that quietly break you down.

We've covered two habits today — and if I'm honest, just these two, done consistently, will change the way you navigate through the world. But we're not done.

Habits three and four go even deeper — because they deal with, where most people are fragile with their peace and their relationship with failure. . . .

And I promise you — habit three alone is going to make you rethink everything Make sure you don't miss it. Share this with someone who needs it. And between now and then — Implement Habit 2. Think & Reflect & Act.

Until then Keep Smiling, Keep Shining & Keep Going. Every Small Step Leads to Big Blessings.
