Constant notifications.

And somewhere in the middle of all that noise… you lose yourself.
You become mentally exhausted without understanding why.

You wake up tired.
Your mind never fully rests.
You struggle to be present.
And honestly?
Peace has become a luxury.
But protecting your peace is not selfish.
It’s survival.
Sometimes peace looks like, here are some very basic examples...
- putting your phone down,
- spending time alone,
- saying no to draining people,
- taking slow walks,
- praying,
- journaling,
- or simply sitting quietly for a few minutes.
You do not need to earn rest.
Your nervous system deserves care too.
And please remember:
not every argument needs your response.
Not every opinion deserves your energy.
Not every relationship deserves access to you.
Protecting your peace also means protecting your environment.
What you constantly listen to, watch, and surround yourself with affects your emotional health deeply.
Choose things that calm your spirit, not constantly drain it.
And maybe becoming "HER" means no longer chasing chaos because peace finally feels more valuable.
You deserve a soft life too.
Not a perfect life.
Just one that feels emotionally safe.
