There is much more to life than simply basic living. There is always room for Self improvement, Step up, or Reinvent ourselves. It definitely sounds exciting but the procedure to unlock new levels of who we are meant to be is even more challenging.

Self Motivation is not a self introspecting chore but a chance to grow, discover inner hidden potential and create a better version of ourselves that we can be proud of. There will be roadblocks, self doubt, and an occasional urge to give up, if we can surpass these than the journey is pretty much a smooth ride.

Simple practical steps to reenergize your life and meaningful changes. look within you instead of around you. There is abundant energy ready and waiting to be tapped.

1) WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE

Imagine yourself as someone who is more healthier, more successful, more content or more giving. Clarity with your vision will serve as a guiding light. Pen down everything about your present self and would like to transform, then identify the steps you need to take to reach to that direction.

Always create an environment surrounding yourself with people that elevate your spirit positively and challenge you, this practice will accelerate your growth.

7) BRACE RESILIENCE AND DISCOMFORT

By leaning into discomfort you taking a risk by stepping out of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself in little ways, over time you will be able to expand your comfort zone and develop mental toughness to fight through bigger challenges.

8) PATIENCE AND FOCUS

Self motivation or self improvement is not a race. Real changes in real time world takes time. The journey is as important as reaching the goal oriented destination. Rushing the process will not bring quick results. Patience allows you to stay consistent and this gradually developed consistency will ultimately lead to transformation. Enjoy small victories at every step of the way and always remember where you began, where you are and where your goal is. After all with every new day every new step counts.

FEEL THE JOY OF LITTLE THINGS !!!!

WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY ?

Happiness is not measured in terms of materialistic ownership. Meaning gadgets, jewels, clothes, shoes or furniture is not equal to happiness. Yes it does bring momentary joy but feeling of contentment is something else.

I have read and known many who live a simple life but create bigger impact

 Chose to live an expense balanced life. Always dress elegantly with utmost refined manners, great social skills and a superb knack of knowing when and where to spend. Trying to remain self focused with an art of giving power over circumstances instead of vice versa. Remember emotional contentment is not a slave to spending enormously. It relies on smaller things, little joys. This inner divine nature builds their self confidence and projects extreme humane side to their personality that radiates and attracts people from all walks of life towards them. This is self power

This character not to impress, it is a part of who we are. Being humble and letting actions speak for themselves.

Extracting most happiness from Little Small things in life and turning them into bigger joys. This attribution is not easy to manifest, it takes lot perseverance and self control. But it definitely brings forth blissful and divine happiness lasting a lot longer than short term pleasures of life.

WAKE UP ENERGIZED (HOW) ?

TAPPING INTO INNER ENERGY

 Yes the above statement so easy to read & yet extremely difficult to implement. To combat with daily life everyone needs to wake up with a positive mindset and abundant physical energy to cope with the day. How does one achieve this ? I have set eight guided rules that has helped me and hope it will motivate everyone as well.

1) Sleep peacefully : To do this read or watch anything that makes you happy or even listen to sleep therapy music to encourage gradual sleep. Closing your eyes and letting your mind drift into the unknown while relaxing your body releasing all tension into sleep mode pattern.

2) Wake up To Music : Set your alarm to initiate your mornings into exhilarating dance music and waking up with a smile. Letting the music fill your mornings will create an exciting morning ritual of physical activity leading straight to a hot shower and soak in the fragrance of bodywash.

3) Light An Incense : Aroma therapy rejuvenates positive thoughts and blissful ambience. Relax for 3 minute and meditate before diving into breakfast and getting ready for work. Dress for yourself with a big smile.

4) Create Productive Environment : Once at work it is imperative to turn your desk into a clean, dust free no clutter space. Organizing your working place where most of your day is spent, is very important. It should be inviting to make you want spend as much time and more if required. Play smooth jazz or any instrumental soft music can work wonders. Always have beverage and some snacks handy for hydration.

5) Power Nap : It is essential after a hectic morning to take a quick snooze and press the halt button to your day. This process will reenergize your tiredness and rebuilt you for the rest of the day. Just a 20 minute power nap with deep breathing and silence will let your mind relax and process everything that you have achieved through that day.

6) Exercise Routine : This is a must. No matter how busy your day is, it is essential to have a workout regime be it gym, yoga or any other form of exercise. Even long walks infuse remarkable energy and blood flow. This helps our mind to make better decisions and deal with work/life crisis as well. Complete your workout routine, with a protein shake or smoothie.

7) Summarize Your Day : It is understandable you have had a busy day. Just as the sun rises to brighten the day and moon darkens the night, it is essential to bring closure to our day. Think, write or journaling helps to coordinate all the thoughts and actions, narrow it down in brief. This way you are being true to yourself and your own critic as well.

8) Dinner & Talk : Throughout the day you never had a chance to reach out to your loved one's or friends or family. Prepping for dinner is an excellent time to phone socialize and network. With some background slow vibe music, a sandal wood candle spreading fragrance multitask finishing your dinner while maintaining essential social contacts. After dinner its back to step 1 and so on.

Trust me embracing above method will not only invigorate your life with positivity, a schedule, and its like a small change with big impact. Life is a roller coaster ride with its ups and downs, while some crumble under stress and some rise up to challenge life with self resilience that is truly admirable and commendable.

NEVER LOSE "PURPOSE" IN YOUR LIFE

 WHAT IS YOUR LIFE PURPOSE ?

It has been a while since creative thoughts slowly make their way in my mind. And when that happens this where you will find me. My sanctuary & solace.

New year has commenced, new resolutions are implemented hoping to scratch off the past mistakes and make ourselves a better version through positive habits. In this fast moving life each day seems like a digital upbeat like a fast track rap song. It is difficult to keep up with each day accomplishing regular and yet trying to update ourselves into much more. Be it career, hobbies, studies, reading or any activity we want to take it to the highest level, basic and mediocre is never enough. We are all running this race whether we are a part of the race or bystanders, there is always a subconscious psychological involvement.

And when we cannot achieve that higher level, we feel let down and start losing our purpose in life. We start falling behind lamenting trying but yet never make it to the desired pedestal. The feeling of defeat sets in resulting in gradually losing purpose of our life. When the definite purpose is defined it is so easy climb the mountain as we know the path. But once we loose sight of it life can be miserable. Do not let this affect you, restart your journey, cut yourself some slack, if you have made it this far it is only a matter of time that you will make it further and far beyond.
